COVID-19 – please help us to share these vital messages and protect your community
In these uncertain and unprecedented times, we’re doing all that we can to support our communities in the Peak District National Park. In line with government advice of 23 March and, in response to the concerns of local people shared with us directly, we are sending strong messages via mainstream and social media for visitors to stay away from the National Park during the COVID-19 crisis. Our message is clear: Stay at Home; Protect the NHS; Save Lives. As part of this, we have produced signage (please see attached) to give clear, concise guidance. This is also in response to enquiries we have received asking for official materials carrying the National Park logo.In line with government guidance, you may wish to share these posters in your local community. Due to the closure of our main office facility, we are unfortunately unable to distribute pre-printed copies at this time. We do ask that you think sensitively about their location, do not place over existing information materials and ensure any signs are well secured. Please do not adapt or change the signage.
Many thanks for your help,
